The 4th Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety Conference will take place on the 29th and 30th of April 2025 in a 4-star hotel in Barcelona.
Registration for the 4th Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety Conference will start in November.

You need to book the hotel room yourself. You can choose any hotel in Barcelona, or book a room in the conference hotel website.

If you need to cancel, we’re unable to offer refunds for the amount paid. However, we’re happy to provide full credit towards a future event. Valid for 2 years. Alternatively, you’re welcome to have a colleague attending in your place.
Business casual. We want you to be comfortable for learning and networking. Conference rooms tend to be cold, so we strongly suggest you have a sweater on hand.

We are offering 5 paid speaking slots of 30\40 minutes.
We are offering 6 exhibitor stand spaces at the conference.

The greatest visibility you can gain will be through the Platinum Package, where you will enjoy a larger stand area measuring 4 m2, plus a 40-minute presentation.
Each sponsorship package includes a number of free tickets that can be used by any representative of your company.

In order for your company’s name and logo to be included on conference promotional materials in accordance with your sponsorship level, you must complete and submit your application, payment, and company logo no later than 30 days prior to the conference. However, sponsorship spots are limited, therefore the earlier you submit your application, the better chance you have of securing a spot.
