The 3rd Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety Conference will take place on the 6th and 7th of June 2024 in MS Aparthotel conference room in Lisbon.
Registration for the 3rd Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety Conference will start in February.

You need to book the hotel room yourself. You can choose any hotel in Lisbon, or book a room in the conference hotel website.

If you need to cancel before March 31st, you will receive a refund minus the €690 administrative fee. If you need to cancel after March 31st, you or a colleague from the same company will receive a 30% discount on any of UBIQ’s upcoming events. Valid for 2 years.
Business casual. We want you to be comfortable for learning and networking. Conference rooms tend to be cold, so we strongly suggest you have a sweater on hand.

We are offering 5 paid speaking slots of 30\40 minutes.

The greatest visibility you can gain will be through the Platinum Package, where you will enjoy a larger stand area measuring 4 m2, plus a 40-minute presentation.
Each sponsorship package includes a number of free tickets that can be used by any representative of your company.

In order for your company’s name and logo to be included on conference promotional materials in accordance with your sponsorship level, you must complete and submit your application, payment, and company logo no later than 30 days prior to the conference. However, sponsorship spots are limited, therefore the earlier you submit your application, the better chance you have of securing a spot.
